Returns & Refunds Policy

To return or exchange your item(s), please follow these simple steps:

  1. Repack Product: Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the invoice, are securely packed in your return shipment.
  2. Ship To: You are responsible for returning the merchandise at your own expense using a traceable delivery method, such as a courier or registered post. Contact the support team to get the address to which the item(s) should be returned.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the return shipment at our office, please allow 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays) for us to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you once the process is initiated. We appreciate your patience during this time.
